Based on what I remember. Hence, the visual diary.
We went south for the beach. Since 2011, what the family crave for was the beach. Headed by my “tita” we boarded the Alps bus along EDSA Cubao at 6am to go to Batangas Pier. from there, we boarded a “bangka” that would take us to White Beach, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.

The spiral staircase in where we stayed in.
View from the top floor from where we stayed in.
As we settled in our inn, we strolled a little bit by the beach.
We also had a tour of the town via the tricycle.
The Tamarraw Falls, where I thought it was named to honor the endangered specie that could only be just found in Mindoro. (PS. Just realized, where are the Tamarraws!? Should’ve been to the National Park.) A grotto stands in Virgin Island.
After the tour, we ate lunch, the rents had a massage, and get bumming by the beach.
Ate snacks and drank some semi-alcoholic beverages here while listening to some band practice.Relaxation at its finest.
A river connecting to the beach.
Stayed until the sunset, my favorite part of the day.

It was my first time to see fire dancers perform. Awesome-sauce!
Our second day: Sunday mass
We spent two days on White Beach and had a blast. Never liked crowds though (I’m kind of a recluse or I’d like to be one?) but it was still fun to swim in salt water, and of course, witnessing a remarkable sunset. Almost all the activities we did is our first. And I know I will come back. There’s something special with coming back on the same place twice.
